Try getting Book of Attacks Lv. 2, as well as Book of Attacks Lv.1, which should easily be obtained from free missions(I can't remember which ones though) Try raising your Attack power to 200 or more then when fighting Ryuka, use the Circle Triangle Combo on her. It does the most Damage, and it's quick.NOTE: the "Null Numbing Scroll" is probably needed as well.

As for the Bridge area, approach with caution, being as 1 wrong move can cause you to fall off the edge.As for the Ninja on the opposite side of the Bridge, use long ranged Ninja Tools on them.

You should win with this.
