Then you will get rasenshuriken
Complete chapter 16.Then complete mission where you have 2 battle 1 then 9 tails another mission will pop up once won beat it and you will Wind style:Rasen Shuriken
To get the wind style:rasen shuriken get the S rank mission the bandits snare you need your atack at 460 or higher to complete because it's tough to this hope I help you guys.
