You can buy it beside the gathering hall. The woman with the big back pack. But sometimes, she doesn't sell it. If she doesn't sell it, you need to clear any quest first in order to change her vending items. Hope it helps. Enjoy hunting.

right but if you have honey in pokke farm sometimes there are snakebee larva

Many places my friend.
To make it simple, the most likely place is the pokke farm with the prototype,modified,or generic bee hive.
If not then try regular bee hives
