Ok how to I connect with like the Playstation Network internet connection or can you? Cause I can only play with people within like 50 ft of me

To play online you need adhoc party. You can get adhoc party free from the Playstaion Store. But you also need a PS3 to install the adhoc party on and you need the PS3 to be connected to the internet by a wired connection. Hope this helps.
