what is better monster hunter tri or unite

unite, hands down

UUUmmmm. Ive seen a little bit of MH3tri on the comercial so I dont know much about but, most MHgames r very good. I dont know of 3 tri is multiplayer like Unite(wich is very awesome and good( but its up to u.( Tri must have a lot of new features, but Unite is multiplayer- and is still fun. Like I said, I dont have 3-tri so I have no Idea how good it is, so like I said, its ur choice.

They're basically the same game with slightly different stories and yes Tri DOES have online multiplayer. It really comes down to whether you prefer the Wii (worth the price just for the Classic controller pro) or PSP (portable) for games.

I have both. But Personally I like unite better, because it's portable and i usually do better solo. =D

unite has almost 500 missions. tri has a little over 100. strongest weapon on unite can do 2200 dmg. on tri, strongest can do 1290. unite has more monsters. unite is more challenging

tri is actually better than unite but you can only play tri at home with unite you can play it anywhere

Unite is better

I have both. Tri and Unite are both fun but Tri is (in my opinion) not a true monster hunter, it's way too easy compared to the others. Tri is easier to connect with people, but Unite has bout 30 more boss monsters. Also in Tri high rank (there's no G) things are only accesible online. In my opinion, Unite is better and way harder, but Tri keeps you hooked longer. If I were you i'd pick....drumroll............... BOTH!

Unite all the way. Capcom made a stupid decision putting it on the wii. Heck it has almost no monsters! The only reason I have tri is just to fight the new monsters, and I'm finding that hard as it doesnt pull me in like unite did!
