thorn6699 answered:

You don't want to get expand pickaxes to get disk stones easiest way is by mining in the volcano zone on a gathereing quest and upgrading your farms mining spot

Hope I helped =P

Tai-ebe answered:

Expand axes are a reward when you complete the treasure hunt quests with alot of points.

They are rare and is a waste using them on disk stones, these can be find pretty much everywhere just keep mining in your pokka farm and on quests you will get loads of them

frozzbytes answered:

Yeah, Pokke Farm is a good place to get Disk Stone, I always get them everytime I mine there. Now I've already has like 80 plus disk stones in my inventory. U can do gathering quest, mines at Desert or Jungle Regions. The chance of getting disk stones is quite often.

zoth answered:

You can get disk stones in the Jungle area. I got disk stones consecutively when I mine there.
