Hi what must I do to unlock the level 4 star quest in the ggathering hall my time is 126:36 but it still says it's 1 hr and I have a total of 47310 and I still don't know what to do to unlock the level 4 star. Can someone pls heip me

It should unlock automatically. Or, you must complete all the quests before moving on..
I'm assuming that you think that HR is an abbreviation of hour... HR is actually the acronym for Hunter Rank, and to get further through the game (IE get more guild quests) then you will have to complete certain Guild Quests to unlock their corresponding urgent. Upon the completion of the urgent quest you will unlock the next HR...
