Does anyone know where I can get a hack or something that will show the wyvern's or elder dragon's HP. Ex. Lunastra, Lao Shan ect...

Sorry, but I don't think there is such a thing that will make you see a monster's health
Hi! There is actually a program called cwcheats however you would still need to search the net for the numerical code for health as it works like the gameshark code for gameboy. My friend has this on his psp and we only use this to see if we could already capture what we are hunting.
You can "guess" the monster's Hp through its actions. the more damaged it is, the more Rage modes it would've gone into, except for maybe Yian(he goes off whenever you stun him). Also when they get to their limits they'll run. It's not really hard to see if you can already catch a monster, in fact that's half the fun of hunting.
