My friend was teeling me about a really strong bomb called a anti-dragon bomb. Is this real and if so, how do you make it?

It is real, but you can't make it. You can only get it on quests in the fortress, even then you can't keep them because they are supply items.
They are for Lao quests, I'm not sure about any other monster other than Lao Shan Lung's they are supply items and all you have to do is climb on it's back and plant them, so carve off it's back, then plant the explosives and kaboom once he roars or flinches
