When is the first fight with Lao Shan?

I had been playing for a long time and finished almost all the vilege quests(exept the Teostra one) and I am in the level five of stars but havent seen the Lao Shan quest. When is it gona appear?

For regular lao shan (which I cannot kill!!!) you need to clear all of the 3 and 4 star quests in the guild.

Usually on lv 4 in gathering hall, try finishing all guild and gathering hall quests in lv 4 and lower

Lao is a pain but claer lv 3 and 4 in guild. You should use a bow. But still, try to get help from a friend or something!
