How do you unlock the mining points 2 and 3

You unlock 2 by getting to g rank hr4 in the guild
To get 3 you have 2 get to hr5 in the guild
Getting hr4 unlocks Mining Point+2.
Getting hr5 unlocks Mining Point+3.
Not so sure about that mining point+2 one... I have it at HR 3... But maybe that's because I'm on Nekoht quests.
