You have to kill G-rank Giadrome (missions from the green lady in the gathering hall)
6 star missions have two quests that contain Giadrome
Use cheat 30k ea damage and full sharpness and 100%affinity
Tigrex is Easy :D all you have to do is make a thunder element weapon and master it's usage. Thats one of the tricks to kill it faster and make sure you got lots of good armors and good equipment too.
You need to finish all of the quest from the red lady before you can take the quests from the green lady
