Hunterciation you get after you beat your first village monoblos. It's a 6* urgent village quest I think.
Rust stones, just mine in specific places. The easiest place to get them is from a gathering quest in the volcano. Go mining in area 8.
You can also get ruststones as a reward material from killing a lao-shan lung
I was looking for the same things and i got the rust stone in area 8 volcano zone after afew tries and the hunter certification..... i cant remember sry:(.
