Question for Monster Hunter Freedom

I need some help on two things.

1. How do you get thunderbugs?

2. What lance should I use to kill the gravios and any sugestions for killing it? ( urgent village quest)

1.) in the bug thicket +2 at kokoto farm, or from hard rank gathering quests.

2.) dragon knight's pike is good. Hit it in the side of the leg when it is about to charge at you, hit it in the tips of the wings when it throws a fire beam. Stay out of the way when it blows out gas because it's annoying and it hurts. If it limps then it is getting weak, near to death. Try to take it's tail off, beacuse you can get two carves from it.
