Just do the easiest "ore delivery" quest you can find

You can get them by doing the quest from HR1 in star no2 I did this for my nova hammer

Deliver powderstones hr lvl 3 I think in volcano use power juice and and the armour you need is battle mail,leather vambraces,battle tasset and blue pants for backpacking expert which makes you run faster with stones or eggs for jewel tickets
