I want rubbery hides for my poison axe and I don't think I can kill a gyceperos yet my current wep has 774 atk. And yes I meant chiefs towel where can I get it and what is it for?

Gypceros is the only place you can get rubbery hide from.
You don't have to go and collect the chiefs old towel, it will appear on the third page of your guild card. (Examine you guild card by going on start -> guild card -> edit -> then press square to veiw it.) It does not do anything apart from prove that you have beaten all 1-2* guild quests. It is like an award.
