Ioprey and basarios for the poison sacs.

For garuga. Never give up! The damage you do on one fight carries over to another, so eventually...he will die. It took me 4 battles with a good GS.

You can get poison sacs from Iodrome pretty easily or Gyceporos but I wouldn't advise it and to beat Yian Garuga it's good to have a finblade or something and hit then roll hit then roll, his damage continues from every match so say if you broke off his tail in one match the next match it would be broken off but you can't abandon you must die and save it. Fight him as much as you can if you don't kill him in one match DO NOT ABANDON just fight to the death and continue this until he is dead.

Lodrome for poison sac
For garuga take a spiderweb to area 7 on the quest trade to old guy for special mushroom let time run out and you repelled him do the quest again get him stuck in pit trap 3 large bombs and 2 small bombs and he is dead as hell

Archernar is right I cut his tail of and then died 3 times when I did the quest again his tail was still gon ohh by the way he does not heal unles you kill him.
