The way you can get Monster Bone+ is...

If you got any friends in the game, go to the online Gathering Hall.
Choose Lv4 Quests, the name of the mission is "The Storm Of Yian Kut-Ku"
If you kill 10 or more, you will usually get 5 to 8 Monster Bone+.
