Beat all the racers, beat all the clubs, then beat the final tournament to became the best USA street racer. Thats what I did.
Beat the game, and maclerin is a a car that you have to win from someone.
To unlock class A vechiles beat all the racers & then deaft kioshi in his 1 & 2 race & you should unlock it.
If that dosen't work that might mean you havent won enough races & tournament
Or if you havent unlocked the tournament in detroit were you can win a Cien that means you can't get class A vechiles till you do!
To unlock class a cars you have to beat kioshi then beat leo and ceaser on the 2nd or 3rd race you will unlock the class a cars.
