Stealth camo
Hey I need help in getting the stealth camo. My tech lvl is on 97 I have 4 lvl S people and 4 lvl A. I just can't get 1 more S person to get my tech to 99 I have spent around 4 months (in the game) trying the get the last guy in the plant I just always get A's and B's and sometimes C's. Is something not letting me get 1 more S guy?

Try entering recruit passwords in, you should get some good people with S tech.

you can try the "access point scan" you mostly get "s" ranked medic guys or technical guys.
but what rangerman sayd you also can put in the passwords of sigint and sokolov (they're both s ranked)
the problem with the plant is that you probably have set your game on easy, you get s ranked guys on normal
