Question for Metal Gear Acid 2

I know you can get extras by connecting Metal Gear Acid 2 to Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistance. When I tried to connect, the psp read "Surveying the connection with Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistance," or something like that. Nothing else happened. What am I doing wrong?

I'm not to sure but it might be something to do with the connection so try to fix it the connection!
