I got to the part where you get into the minefield and there is a metal gear solid 1 card pack ontop of the truck how do I get it down

To get that you need the CLIMB Card. Just ignore it for now and when you get a CLIMB Card head back there and grab the Pack.

You need to get the MGS2 pack and get a climb or Solid Snake card, equip them and you should be able to climb onto the truck to get the pack.
