Yes it will be a card game. I think the only similarity to mgs 1, 2 or 3 is that you play as solid snake.

It is a card game and RPG and it will be metal gear soild you will play as snake and a woman i don't what her name is.

Yes in this game at first you control Solid Snake. After you beat one third of the game then you will control a girl and solid snake. I found this game to be really fun. Buy it!

Well it will have the same type of story line: Infiltrate and disarm the terrorists, search for survivers and so on, but this will be a card based game where you use cards to attack and move.
