It is in the room where you have to destroy that weird generator with the torpedos, right before you have to escape the part where you ship is being chased by the explosion. There is a part where you have to shoot 2 things on the wall. After you shoot them, there will be an opening and the power brick is there. If you are talking about the last level one, then this is it. If not, I can tell you but you have to explain what level it is.
