PLZ help me to defeat metrac he keeps throwing grenade and I keep dying please help!

After some deaths, I managed to overcome him with relatively ease.
So, the battle is divided in phases. You must:

- Have a good timing in your shots. As you know, he is clever enough to constantly use cover.
- Evade his grenades. Try to roll from one cover spot to another. Since he shoots constantly after throwing the grenades, you may want to keep (are) pressed while rolling, so that you can crouch immediately after finishing rolling.
- Use grenades to make him go out of cover. Then shoot as much as possible. (OPTIONAL)

About second phase, you can also shoot the valves while he's near, to damage him. With some luck, that will force him to unprotect himself and you can take
The chance to shoot.

In the last phase, he begins using heavy machinery. Destroying it is quite easy. Once the equipment is destroyed, procceed as normal. However, this last phase may be more tricky than the others due to the fact that Metrac will keep walking to catch you out of cover (I mean, while you can be in the right position to cover against enemy fire, he'll try to circle the area to shoot from a position that will enable him to hit you).

Once you learn his patterns and how to deal with the roll-and-crouch tactic against the grenades, the battle becomes more balanced.
