To capture a tiger shark just complet the game and hold x on campbell castle and you will talk to Jasimine

u have 2 complete the game then after completing the game go to campbell castle then talk to jasmine then she will say go to mumbai then battle sanjay in a bet then she will use a tigershark.

Also battle Nomad in Mumbai and he has tigershark as well. But you have to beat the game and talk to Jazmin at Campbell's castle first,
