If you wanna level up your Watering Can then all you have to do is use it, when you use it check your stats often to see how many more times you need to use it before levelling up. But you don't really need it when you find the robot outside of the ruins and the doctor repairs it, then it becomes your farm servant, which invloved cleaning up, watering, perparing soil and collecting resources
But you still need to use your watering cans to level your watering can stats up which you need in the winter. For planting in the winter. You need the monsoon watering can (which you need:wtring cn sts lvl.3) to melt the snow in the winter. (you can find it in the giant forest).
