Where can I find the mermaid so she can clear the mist for me ang take the gift for the hermit I just need yyor help pls>.....

Get to the screen where the hermit is. Move to the screen on the left. Then on to the next screen on the left also (where they have all the cacao trees). On that screen, move towards the water (north of screen). If you have already talked to the hermit and gotten the gift for the mermaid, then she will automatically appear when you approach the water.
