The "Tale Of The Golden Potato Seed" Is Dia's Event Path

The Event Can Be Triggered In Summer 4th-8th Year 1. The requirements is :
1) Dia's Friendship point is at least 35 points
2) You've met Martha (the caretaker) or Gina (the maid)
3) Dia must be inside Clove Villa

How to activate the event :
Go to the clove villa at 4th-8th and you've met all the requirements
