How can I win horse race in HM:HoLV? Anybody know??

Stick to the inner ring of the ring and Press O as much as possible in the short race. Do the same for the long race.
And the last race, use tactic as in spring 1 lap and feed it then sprint again!

I don't know about the other races but I had win the long race....I just used 3 pontata roots in that race and I won
