Alice's heart is invisible.Just complete Mecha events
To marry her.
Give her some accesories and look at the character profile... Click alice .... If there is no heart ... Just give her shells everyday.. Until it will have a heart
You can start giving Alice fruits and vegetables.After you earn some money buy accessories at the horse race.Or you could try to mine and give her ores. You can see Alice's heart at your diary at the character profiles.Or you can try to complete all the mecha events and Alice will have a red heart.
