You can get a red collar dog if you don't have a dog and you have a high affection point with it. You can improver the affection point by placing fish or milk in dog bowl located near your house.When the affection points become higher, just pick up the dog & choose ADOPT IT.Be careful there is also another dog with blue collar.

Too easy,when you see the dog with red bandana quickly fill the dog bowl
