Big bed and baby

I've read somewhere that in order to get the big bed, you need to talk to the blacksmith. How long do I have to eait after I get the upgrade to ask him? What do I click on? Is there an ore or metal he needs to have? Do I need another upgrade from Gotz?

For the baby, do I need another upgrade for a baby bed or something? Where does it sleep?

if you upgrade your house the beds will automatically be upgraded.the baby will sleep beside your wife so no need to worry Smile
