Need help!!
I'm already at year 3 in harvest moon for girl.cliff has a red heart.my house is 80%.i still don't have a blue feather.How do you get a blue feather?Will cliff ask me or I will ask him?

If your a girl I'm not sure if you need one. Umm, if he is at a red heart or even organe and there isn't a feather in your local store he will probably ask you.

You're not supposed to get the blue feather it's only on the boy version I think you need to have everything enlarged such as: hen house, your house, and ect HOPE THIS HELPED :]

You're a girl and you don't need to use blue feather to propose.
Cliff will just come to you if you already have 100% house extension,utensils and all that are obtainable for you and after that he will propose you.

You don't need to have 100 house extension .. To be able to marry cliff,
You must go to the mountain summit at 9:00 pm .. Cliff should be there. And he will ask you if you want to marry him .. Say Yes .. Then when you get home .. Look at the calendar 
.. Accept the blue feather on that day ! (one that is marked with a heart) :]
