I can't play games after the PSP sign will play when I enter the game that I selected, the only thing will appear is "the game could not be started. (80020321)" I already reformat my memory card but it's still like that... But the music can be played.. :(
So what do you think is the problem? I can't say the unit coz it's working even the internet.. And also music except for the games.. Actually it just fell a while ago I think just 3feet.. Please help me

That happened to me too. Turns out my memory card was corrupted or something like that. I tried formatting it but it still didnt work so I returned it to the place where I bought it. I think they replaced the memory card coz I reinstalled it again and since then it never happened to me. Or, it could have been a bad download.
when u open a game if its screen appears to be blank and the side green light is red button is not blinking the problem might be simple press select on the psp and option bar will come go down to an option umd iso mode and change it to something else if it doesnt work change it to another one again they might be a one that can work those games
it's not the memory card..
it's you'r psp version
you need a higher version for your psp
for the game
try 6.10
if its version 7.13 (i think),that will be shown if you have not inserted the UMD....that version always need UMD for the games to work xD
