Why does the phone at the inn didn't work?I always go there when there's new item but I can't call it always says that "we have phone..."

It happened to me a few times, too. What I do is, I went out, then I wait till after 10.00am and go in again. In case if still can't, then go back into your house, and watch the TV shopping channell again then go back to the inn. You shud be able to use the phone.
Wait, you already upgraded your house right? You already have a kitchen?
You have to watch the whole commercial. Then you can call as soon as the inn opens. The only time you can't get the stuff from the channel is on the day that the music festival is held because the inns closed the whole day.
The Phone on the inn can only be used when it is Sat and when you talk in the tv on the tv shopping network.When you are ordering remember do not talk to anybody except when you go to the inn and only on the phone hope that helps.
