Maybe because your hen house, barn, house and hot house are not yet upgraded...you should upgrade those before she can marry you...you should buy more lumber to Gotz and upgrade...

Well maybe you Don't have all the upgradables available. In order to make her be your wife you must have all upgrades and other utensils needed in your house to be able to propose to her after that try the blue feather again hope this helps
