Well,I guess if he said he's going to propose,he already did then.Remember that weddings don't occur immediately after proposing like the other HM's. You actually have to wait for the wedding. Now,if the blue feather is being sold at the market,you need to propose.You'll no if theyr selling it and it's not in the store,your special someone is getting ready to pop the question
