About fishing rod

Hey guys,i went to the end of jetty but found no one there....pls help me..and I went there before 10am

I think you must be there before 9am. But after 8am. Im not too sure but the time I saw him was 8.40

I went at 7am go down the peir and ull see a black man [no affensiveness] talk to him and he'll ask if you want the rod.

I went to the port at 7 am then 8 am but still the guy wasn't there...after going there almost everyday, I found out you can see him most at Friday before 9 am at the port.

You go find him at the port at 8pm or 8am on friday saturday or sunday.

You should go to the end of the jetty at 8am to 10am or 8pm to 10pm on either Fri-,Satur- or Sun- day and you ahould see a dark-skinned fisherman.Talk to him and select 'yes' when he ask the 'question'. Good luck!
