1 hagrid hut, 2 tranfiguraition courtyard, 3 there too ( I think) 4 and 5 I don't remember

The moly plants are near Hagrid's place and in the transfiguration path. Hope it helped
Look at the stone circle, the path to hagrids hut from the stone circle and behind his hut
There is one in the pumpkin patch (hargrid's hut), 1 on the right to the path leading up to the owlerey, 2 in the stone circle, and 1 to the right of the path to hargrid's hut next to a grave or something...

P.S. I found these on the PC, I don't no if it's the same on other consoles.
2 of them are in the transfiguration courtyard and the other 3 are by hagrids hut
