I helped the guy with the mixed up portraits (beside the library). But he wont talk to me when I see a dark blue circle and a light blue dot in the middle and then press triangle. Please help me and how do you get the 5 cards for the guy in the entrance hall?

Once you have the portraits arranged correctly, the guy that you help should give his thanks. From then on, he will not speak to you. As for the Hufflepuff needing the five cards, as you wonder through the other tasks you will come across other students that have cards to swap. Just speak to them and once you have spoken to five students with cards to swap, return to the Hufflepuff guy in the Entrance Hall and speak to him. If you do not find all five other students that have cards to swap, don't worry as it will not keep you from assembling the DA group and moving on in the game. It only improves Harry's confidence level with the Hufflepuff house.
