Are you quite sure it's not Cho in the Owlery? For if it is, just continue to chase the owl until it get's to the top pier.

To help colin, u'll hafta climb the pole beside the owlery to get in because the door's locked by Umbridge...Climb it till you @@ a window whereby you can gt in...

Once in, Colin would pass you the boxes of "Chocolates" aka Howlers, you gotta use Wingardium Leviosa to put the box into the respective hole...(PS: The correct hole lights up if you're box is near it..)

Do all the boxes then u'll hafta to escape via another window on the top floor before Flinch catches u..
