What do you do after you take the cogs out. Exept I can't get the one thast's really high what do you do and how do you get the really high cog out.

Okey dokey, first you have to make sure you take out all the cogs. There are only 5 that can come down. Then, you have to put them up in a certain order. It sucks, but, yeah.
Okay, there are 5 cogs, and here are their descriptions:
1.)lowest cog; silver; it looks like there are 2 cogs stuck together.
2.)highest cog. Silver.
3.)lowest cog; gold.
4.)middle; small; silver.
5.)large; middle.
Okay, first, you don't use the 4th cog at all. Cog #1 goes on first, then #2, then #3. Then #5*.
*if #5 doesn't go on the first time, then you may need to try multiple times.
