You can't get a plane in this one but you can look at one and you can also use an helicopter..BUT NO PLANE

You can by the airport if you unlock the whole game
You can unlock any planes

To get a plane go to the airport then go to the fright and cargo terminal.left of it is a aeroplane parking. Go inside the parking and go to the
Runway where plane comes up to down.in the end the
Plane will go through a bend. At the left of the
Bend there will be a small aero plane press enter
And then you can fly it

Get over to the hospital,take the ambulance,head over to the airport,go to runway where planes are.NOT the blue-red planes,but the pure white planes which move.Jump on ambulance bonnet,jump again-on top of amb and wen airplane is cuming jump on it press triangle-done. P.S.it will take a few tries but keep you're patience!
