Can someone help me i'm stuck on the mission for diaz were you have to sniper all the snipers aroud the car park. I keep getting stuck time keeps running out.and is there a cheat?

Im stuck on the same mission, try using some rocket launchers from the ammu-nation near lance's place
Take out a M4 and run around shooting them...don't stand still or they will shoot you!!
