How are you suppose to take the picture of martinez and the dec ever time I do it it always says photo is no good martinez is to small so how do you beat the mission plz help

You have to go to another pink circle thing over closer to the police station. To zoom in on the camera press [] and X to zoom out. When you park your car in that pink circle thing, watch the clip of Martinez and the DEA person hop in the car. Then drive forward a bit more into another pink circle and take the photo from there. Be careful not to get to close to their car otherwise you fail the mission!!

Go to the pink halo, get the camera out, and press square to zoom in... I was like soooooooooooooo stuck on the one, and it was the only mission availible and that time, so I was like button mashin hardcore
