To get the hookers in you're car drive up beside them and sound you're horn. All they do is sit there and take you're money they don't rock the car or anything. I sat there 4 2hrs in the game and then got bored and made her get out and shot her!!
When the hooker is in your car you drive somewhere safe like an alley you stop the car then it will take your money and the car will start rokin
As far as I know, theres no mission to do that. But you can have sex with them. While they're walking on the sidewalk, just park in front of them. They'll stop walking for a second, then get into your car. Then, go to somewhere deserted or dark, like the grass under a tree. The car will start shaking and the girl and vance will make noises.
