Man, Nbody's on this page ever, hopefully someone will be now!
 Anyway I have more questions, please try to answer them.
 
 1. Where are the Beach Patrol Side-Missions?
 
 2. Where is the Civil Asset Forfeiture Impound Yard? It says in some vehicles to put one in there coz they need it but I don't know where it is. I think i've been in there before to get out Forbes' Car but I can't remember where it was!
 
 3. How do I unlock the Smuggling, Robbery and Drug Dealing businesses?

Ok the civil asset thing is somewhere by the military base I think
I wound up there once when I was doing a mission

The only way to unlock those businesses is when you complete a certain mission
I don't know the name of it now but you will be able to go to the other side of the bridge

1. Travelling north along the East Island Beach, you'll find a bright-red BF injection parked by the northernmost lifeguard shack that you'll use for these missions.

2. Civil Asset Forfeiture Yard is in Viceport, right across from the Pay 'N Spray. You'll find the list by the fence, you can just park the vehicles they need at the big pink icon.

3. Open East Island first, then successfully attack any business that corresponds to the type you need to unlock.

Answer to No.1:the beach patrol missions are in the middle of ocean beach near a lifeguard hut. Enter the BFinjection beside it and start beach patrol.
No.2:it's near the viceport pay'n'spray.
No.3:complete From Zero to Hero and unlock the bridges to unlock those businesses.
