Is there a gym in this game?
And is there any way that I can swim underwater and dive down like in GTA San Andreas instead of swimming on the top?

There are no gyms, and you can't swim below the surface like CJ could. You might be able to briefly dive down using the Jetski though, like you see in some action films.
