For the taxi side mission do you have to do 50 fares in a row or can you just do them randomly

You have to do it in a row but in the amount of time that the game gives you
I'm not sure if you have to do 50 in a row, but I do know you complete the mission if you can earn $5000 (check the Stats screen so you know.) With bonuses, I got $5000 in 34 fares.
No you have to do 50 in a row otherwise you could be there for hours trying your best without succeeding.

No the 100 fares are for vice city, 50 fares are for
Vice city stories.
